FAQs

Where are you based, and do you offer face-to-face sessions?

Yes. I offer private, face-to-face psychotherapy sessions in Wimbledon, SW19, in a quiet, welcoming space. I don’t work online with clients, and if you are interested in this, you can find out here why I don’t work online. Sessions are held weekly at the same time each week.

Do you work specifically with women?

Yes. I specialise in working with adult women, particularly those navigating trauma, stress, motherhood, or complex trauma. My practice is informed by lived experience, and my approach is always trauma-informed, relational, and collaborative.

What is your approach to therapy?

In a nutshell, my approach integrates psychodynamic therapy with trauma-informed, body-based work. That means that with your full consent, we’ll explore both past and present, thoughts and emotions, but also how your body has held your experiences. I draw from neuroscience, attachment theory, yoga psychology, and somatic practices to support greater awareness, regulation, and agency.

Are you qualified and professionally registered ?

Yes. I’m a BACP Registered Integrative Psychotherapist with an MA in Integrative Psychotherapy & Counselling and a BA in Psychology & Counselling (Roehampton). I’m also a trauma-informed yoga facilitator (RYT 200) and foundation trained in TCTSY (Trauma Centre Trauma Sensitive Yoga). I engage in regular supervision and ongoing professional development.

How much do sessions cost?

Sessions are £80. Payment is made by bank transfer prior to each session. However, I offer concessionary rates for women in certain circumstances, always including but not limited to women who have experienced social care interventions and women who have faced institutional trauma. Please don’t think twice about calling me to discuss this, as I actively welcome you getting in touch. In all cases, I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation to help you get a sense of whether we might be a good fit.
